About Us

I have always loved writing - and sheep - so writing a children's book about sheep was meant to be. I grew up in Canada and currently live with my husband and two young children in Washington D.C. By day I work in International Development, and I love to write about Woolytown adventures in my free time.

I am also passionate about the issue of food waste, and ensuring that perfectly good food does not get wasted, but instead makes it to food insecure neighborhoods.
